We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital e-commerce applications through comprehensive manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and be proficient in utilizing AWS services, automation tools, and collaborating closely with development teams to drive quality from the inception to the deployment of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing to identify bugs and issues across software applications, with a focus on functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Utilize AWS services such as Cloud Watch and DynamoDB for validating data integrity and flow within applications.
• Leverage understanding of AWS Lambda and Event Bridge to comprehend system flows and retrigger testing scenarios effectively.
• Design, develop, and execute automation scripts utilizing Rest Assured for API testing and Selenium for web automation tasks.
• Use tools like Postman for API testing and Splunk for monitoring and log analysis, ensuring a high level of software quality and performance.
• Maintain and enhance documentation related to test cases, results, and defect reporting, ensuring clarity and organization.
• Work collaboratively with development teams to understand project specifications, participate in design reviews, and provide insightful testing feedback.
• Stay abreast of the latest in testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices to continuously refine and improve testing processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a digital e-commerce environment, with a strong preference for candidates with prior e-commerce knowledge.
• Proficiency in AWS services, including Cloud Watch, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Event Bridge.
• Strong experience in developing and executing automation scripts with Rest Assured and Selenium.
• Familiarity with Postman for API testing and Splunk for system monitoring and log analysis.
• Excellent documentation skills for test cases, results, and defect tracking.
• A collaborative spirit for working with cross-functional development teams and contributing to design reviews.
• A commitment to continuous learning and development in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Skilled in Python with the ability to understand and improve test coverage alongside development teams.
• Capable of creating integration, end-to-end, and contract tests to ensure system reliability and compatibility.
• Familiar with using testing frameworks like pytest for Python applications.
