The business analyst team works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create both experience and technical requirements for rich features and functionality to support our internal micro web app platform serving all technology teams in the Lululemon organization. The team works very closely with business owners and product managers at enterprise scale to ensure digital roadmaps are created and managed according to the requirements needed to enable the organization to scale and achieve key success metrics.

The business analyst team is organized, values research, great at facilitation, problem solving and bringing the right skill sets together to ensure we have aligned requirements to deliver the next version of our micro web app platform across all delivery/product teams in the organization. This micro frontend solution enables teams to develop and release code to the Lululemon website and other entities with ease and reduced risk.

Translating business strategy into feature/project requirements is a specialty of this team.

• Works closely with Product Managers, Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood
• Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is documented and completed by engineers
• Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood. Facilitates requirement conversations with Technology Teams and Technical Product Manager
• Experience in functional requirements gathering, facilitate team planning, elaboration, technical sessions as well as monitor help and support chat channels.
