As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
- Support day-to-day operations of project, including merchant onboarding, tracking progress, and data management.
- Analyze merchant performance (e.g., GMV, ad spend, uplift) and provide structured insights.
- Assist in executing and evaluating incentive mechanisms (e.g., subsidies, ad credits).
- Collaborate with Account Managers and category teams to drive merchant performance.
- Prepare reports, case studies, and post-campaign analyses to distill learnings.
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, Economics, Data-related majors.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and social media influencers.
- Excellent stakeholder and project management skills. Strong ability to manage expectations, drive for performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders under tight time constraints.
- Independent and self‑motivated, with good end‑to‑end ownership of projects. Open to taking on new and ambiguous projects and eager to learn skills across a variety of marketing specialties.
- An analytical and structured thinker, strong in understanding and deriving insights from data.
- Proven experience in e-commerce, consulting, or data analysis.
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
BenefitsBenefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
