Leading the development of new products and product-related marketing opportunities within a category. Develops strategic assessments for products and manages product performance against operating plans and budgets to achieve financial and business objectives.

  10+ years in the IT industry.

  5+ years in digital product management.
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above (ideally in business, engineering, or informatics). Equivalent experience (6+ years total) is acceptable. MBA is preferred.

• 5 years of digital project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Data analysis capabilities.
• Previous mobile product experience (bonus if customer-facing).
• Stakeholder management.
• Experience in a highly matrixed company.

• Work cross-functionally to ideate, test, build, and ship app features.
• Responsible for end-to-end product delivery.
• Manage and participate in frequent meetings.
• Track metrics and report on feature performance.

• Experience with A/B testing.
• Experience with Copilot/Git Hub.
• MBA or higher.
• Customer-facing product management experience.

• Missing must-have skills.
• Inability to be onsite 4 days per week.

• No experience partnering directly with engineering teams.
