Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end Mar Tech architecture across CMS, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, personalization, CRM, and commerce
Design cloud-native, API-first, and scalable Mar Tech solutions and reference architectures
Architect integrations using REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven frameworks
Enable customer data flows, real-time personalization, segmentation, and journey orchestration
Ensure data governance, consent management, and privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
Drive analytics, measurement frameworks, and reporting dashboards
Collaborate with Dev Ops on CI/CD, automation, and performance optimization

Must-Have Skills

Hands-on Mar Tech platform and integration experience
Strong understanding of customer journeys, data models, and marketing operations
Expertise in CMS, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, and personalization
Cloud architecture experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Security, identity, consent, and privacy expertise
API design, microservices, event streaming

Preferred

Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, AEP/CDP, AJO, Analytics, Target)
Salesforce Marketing Cloud / CRM
Google Marketing Platform
Headless/composable CMS and commerce
