We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, high-impact user experiences. This role demands a deep commitment to user-centered design, a strong grasp of mobile and web-based e‑commerce and transactional systems, and a passion for solving real‑world problems in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high‑fidelity prototypes.
- Analyze metrics post‑launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system, including a reusable component library and a consistent style guide.
- Conduct in‑depth user research to uncover friction points, understand workflows, and identify key behavioral patterns that enhance usability for our customers and drive productivity for our associates.
- Drive usability testing and design iteration, incorporating feedback from customers to continuously improve designs.
- Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into design.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of product or UX design.
- Experience designing for a variety of form factors including mobile and desktop.
- Experience working with technical and design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Have an available online portfolio.
- Master’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or Computer Science.
- Experience using AI‑powered tools to enhance design.
- Experience with transactional workflows in e‑commerce, marketplaces, or B2B.
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows.
- Expertise in visual design, motion design, marketing design, information architecture.
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user‑centered design process.
- Experience planning and executing customer research.
- Excellent communication skills in expressing conceptual ideas and design rationale.
- Base pay range: $120,000 - $250,000.
