Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead product operations on the Prime Video Premium & Emerging Ads team within Amazon Publisher Monetization (APM).
Our team focuses on building the most impactful and high-value ad products that delight advertisers and viewers.
Premium ad products bring the world's biggest advertisers to Prime Video. Our portfolio includes Sponsor ships, First Impression Takeovers, Pause Ads, and new innovative ad products and formats being launched this year.
We are responsible for building scalable ad product solutions end to end - from building the vision, to implementation, to GTM and commercialization of ad products, in partnership with teams across Prime Video and Advertising.
We are looking for an experienced program leader to build cross-functional programs to drive product operational excellence for our premium advertising portfolio. Experience in the advertising industry, particularly digital video, is highly beneficial.
Key job responsibilities- Lead cross-functional programs that drive product operational excellence for Premium Ads products including Sponsor ships, Pause Ads, and emerging native formats
- Develop and execute program roadmaps aligned with business objectives and product vision for Premium Ads commercialization
- Drive data-driven decision making through analysis and insights across pricing, packaging, and revenue optimization
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring quality delivery across US, EU5, and ICAA markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across APM Product, Prime Video, Brand Partnerships, Video Sales GTM, Ads Finance, and ACTS teams
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies across product launches and go-to-market initiatives
- Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of new premium advertising products
- Establish and track program KPIs, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and business objectives
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
