* + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 8 years of experience in program management.

+

Experience with SQL and metrics management with data sets.

+ Experience in AI/ML application, process design and automation.

* + Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

+ 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing complex, cross-functional workflow automation.

+ Deep technical understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and automation tooling.

+ Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive leadership (Directorplus level).

+ Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $279000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

* + Architect and drive the strategic roadmap for T&S quality's transition to AI-driven process automation and workflow optimization.

+ Own the design and execution of quality automation. Build scalable, AI-enabled workflows that integrate across product areas while partnering with T&S leadership to align automation initiatives with global safety infrastructure and business goals.
