We are currently looking for a Sales Order Entry Specialist with a passion for human services.
CompensationNew hires for this position typically start between $22.30 and $27.87 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

The Sales Order Entry Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders (POs) and customer purchase order changes (POCs) into the ERP system. The role plays a critical part in ensuring order integrity by reviewing customer requirements against contract data and identifying discrepancies prior to order acceptance. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, consistency, fulfillment in highly repetitive tasks, and the ability to recognize deviations or patterns that may impact order accuracy or downstream operations.
QualificationsRequired qualifications:
- 1+ years working in ERP systems (Epicor experience preferred)
- 1+ years working in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point
- 3+ years of working on a computer
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working in an aerospace manufacturing environment
- Understanding of AS9100 requirements
- 1+ years of doing order entry and contract (PO/POC) review for aerospace manufacturer
