Digital CRM Functional – Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive digital CRM initiatives and transform business processes at Arrow Electronics.
Responsibilities- Gather information and document business requirement documents for new requirements or change requests.
- Elicit, analyze, specify, and verify business requirements, features, and user stories created by other business analysts.
- Understand business needs, analyze requirements, identify business solutions, and evaluate pros and cons of solution options.
- Participate in and lead requirement gathering workshops.
- Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
- Elicit and clearly document business and system requirements.
- Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
- Demonstrate fluency in business processes and process differentiation.
- Analyze and synthesize business requirements, recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
- Negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.
- Act as liaison between Operations and IT to gather business requirements for system modifications, enhancements, and implementations.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, schedules, project summaries and updates.
- Meet with project team regularly to review project deliverables and deadlines.
- Develop and execute test plans.
- 7–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in CRM domain on digital transformation initiatives.
- CRM domain experience; SCM background preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale projects and handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
- Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working on agile methodology projects with volatile requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and deployment of solutions to end users.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and data presentation skills.
- Certified Scrum Master certification is an advantage.
