Storage Solutions Architect – Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks an experienced Storage Solutions Architect to guide customers on data storage best practices and shape the future growth of AWS storage services. As a storage SME, you will be an authority on architectures using AWS services to increase availability and reduce costs for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Enable the AWS SA community to design cost-optimized, secure, scalable storage architectures
- Help AWS customers adopt well-architected storage solutions
- Build technical trusted advisor relationships with internal and external customers
- Refine best practices around storage services and solutions
- Influence service roadmaps by identifying customer trends
- Work with service teams on the launch of new features and services
Domestic travel up to 25% to 50% required.
Basic Qualifications- 6+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics
- 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
- Experience working with end‑user or developer communities
- Cloud technology certification (e.g., Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional, Cloud Dev Ops Engineering)
- Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base, and industry verticals
