Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced IT Operations Engineer to manage and support our organization's technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems while supporting cloud infrastructure, networks, servers, storage, and business-critical applications.
The IT Operations Engineer will work closely with software development, cybersecurity, cloud engineering, and infrastructure teams to maintain highly available systems and improve operational efficiency. This role involves monitoring infrastructure performance, troubleshooting complex technical issues, implementing automation, and supporting disaster recovery initiatives.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Windows and Linux administration, cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, monitoring tools, and IT service management best practices.
Responsibilities- Monitor enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments.
- Maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Manage system upgrades and patch management.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Support cloud platforms including AWS and Azure.
- Monitor system performance and availability.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with Dev Ops and Security teams.
- Create technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
