Role Overview
The IT Asset Manager III is responsible for lifecycle asset management, stakeholder and vendor coordination, data integrity and controls, and process improvement and automation. This role requires a strong understanding of IT asset management and configuration management fundamentals, as well as supply chain and logistics basics. The IT Asset Manager III will work with various stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date asset records, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements.
WhatYou Will Do
The IT Asset Manager III will create and maintain authoritative records in CMDB/asset tools, execute MACD, validate demand, place orders, and track shipment and delivery. They will also manage spares/VMI programs, coordinate with vendors, and run vendor QBRs and track SLAs/OLAs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with asset tools, DCIM/portal systems, and vendor communications. They will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize multiple work streams and meet deadlines.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or comparable experience
- 3-5 years of experience in audit/project management, cross-functional leadership, and vendor coordination
- ITIL Foundation certification, CompTIA Server+/Network+, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green), CSCA/CSCP, DC/colocation safety certification
