Overview
The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You will be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Leading project teams, designing and implementing end‑to‑end large‑scale, complex, scalable, and secure Data Analytics AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
- Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective Data & Analytics migration and modernization strategies
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and governance while aligning data solutions with business strategies
- Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
- 3+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- 3+ years of database (e.g., SQL, No
SQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) experience - 3+ years of software development with object‑oriented language experience
- 3+ years of external or internal customer‑facing, complex and large‑scale project management experience
- Degree in advanced technology, or AWS professional‑level certification
- Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR
- Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies
- Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments
