Role Overview

Master Card Data & Services empowers customers across industries and geographies to make smarter decisions and achieve better outcomes with a tailored portfolio of solutions beyond the transaction. This role supports day‑to‑day product activities, including technical enhancements, client management, commercialization, and go‑to‑market strategy within the Global Product Management team.

• Translate a deep understanding of customers’ pain points into products and solutions that drive significant customer value.
• Collaborate with the product management team to design specifications for new products and services or their components.
• Partner with engineering colleagues to follow robust roadmaps, adhere to timelines, and contribute to product readiness.
• Perform assigned tasks in the product development life cycle, focusing on features, benefits, ad‑hoc client queries, technical analysis, and implementation guidelines.
• Produce product documentation, including user guides, product overviews, and training materials.
• Build analytical solutions and conduct data‑related investigations as part of product enhancement, maintenance, and to address ad‑hoc client queries.
• Manage deliverable development across product work streams on a range of requirements and problem statements.
• Contribute to and/or develop analytics strategies and programs for the product by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
• Manage working relationships with client managers, acting as a trusted and reliable partner.
• Plan, organize, and structure own work to identify effective analysis structures that address client problems and synthesize findings into relevant insights.
• Lead team and external meetings, and co‑lead project management.
• Contribute to the firm’s intellectual capital and solution development.
• Ensure technical success through close partnership with technology teams.

• Undergraduate degree with data and analytics experience in business intelligence and/or descriptive, predictive, or prescriptive analytics.
• Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize key findings to provide recommendations via descriptive analytics and business intelligence.
• Data and analytics experience such as working with analytics software (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and building, managing, and maintaining database structures.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
• Eligibility to work in the country where applying and ability to obtain travel visas as required.

• Additional data and analytics experience working with Hadoop framework and coding using Impala, Hive, or PySpark, or with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience managing tasks or work streams in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience coaching junior delivery consultants.
• Relevant industry expertise.
