Our Principal Keynote Lead role is at the heart of this mission, working across teams to create keynotes that translate complex technical concepts into engaging narratives for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Write technical keynote scripts that effectively communicate AWS products and services across re:
Invent and other major tech events. - Develop compelling storylines that break down complex cloud computing concepts.
- Collaborate with executives and product teams to identify key technical themes and messaging.
- Produce high‑quality video content and presentations that meet Amazon’s high bar.
- Work with design teams on multimedia elements, including animations and interactive demos.
- Be available to work across time zones with a globally distributed team.

- Knowledge of existing and developing technologies as they relate to cloud computing.
- Experience creating and delivering written and oral communications for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree or Cloud Technology Certification.
- 7+ years of experience in technical content creation and storytelling.
- Experience in technical writing in a relevant field.
- Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
- Experience with AWS products and services.
- Experience reading and understanding complex code.
- Advanced proficiency in video production and editing software.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
