Are you passionate about Big Data and Distributed Systems? We’re building state‑of‑the‑art products at Petabyte scale to deliver campaign reporting and analytics for Amazon advertising. As a Technical Program Manager on the Measurement and Data Science team, you will lead planning and delivery of multi‑year programs using Agile methods, coordinate cross‑group teams, and drive the production of analytics that inform advertisers and scale to billions of events daily.

Your work will include collaborating with engineers, scientists, product managers, and senior leaders to prioritize features, implement usage metrics, and enable rapid feature launches. You will foster a data‑driven culture that accelerates innovation and supports the multi‑billion dollar advertising business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to determine and prioritize features and software releases.
  • Implement mechanisms/tools to provide an accurate view of current feature usage, roadmap, and future delivery plans.
  • Partner to deep‑dive on products and drive additional feature development where necessary.
  • Manage the implementation and integration of new features from hackathon into mainline.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • 5+ years managing programs directly with software engineering teams.
  • Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
  • Experience building and evaluating system‑level technical design.
  • Experience developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Experience defining KPIs/SLA’s used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
