Senior Systems Administrator – Managed Service Provider
We are a growing Managed Service Provider looking for driven, experienced team members that are passionate about technology and customer service. Our mission is simple, we provide a Worry Free IT experience. Our clients are small to mid‑side businesses across all industries. We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for working complex issues/projects from networking (switching, firewalls), server administration (virtualization, Windows Server), backup and disaster recovery solutions, and cloud solutions (Azure, SharePoint, etc).

Responsibilities- Design, implement, and support server architecture including Windows Server, SQL, VMWare, etc.
- Experience with configuring business‑class firewalls and VPNs.
- Knowledge and experience with setting up and maintaining Windows Domains, GPOs, and Active Directory.
- Work with clients, vendors, and 3rd party consultants to implement technical solutions projects for infrastructure and desktops.
- Ability to work independently and with a team of technicians.
- Design, Implement, and Support disaster recovery solutions.
- Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- System documentation maintenance and recommendations.
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages.
- Professional IT Certifications, such as:
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP. - Advanced understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing systems, and network systems.
- Interpersonal skills: telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer‑care.
- Diagnosis skills of technical issues.
