Responsibilities- Create funding request narratives that concisely describe how requested funding supports customers by delivering needed capacity.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, and collaboration across multiple groups with competing priorities to assemble business reports and capacity delivery funding requests.
- Maintain a funding request progress tracker to ensure request timing aligns with leadership review timelines and supports on‑time capacity delivery.
- Determine and monitor key metrics to measure and evaluate program performance.
- Develop process improvement ideas to streamline manual parts of the process under your control and recommend solutions to other teams for overall process improvement.
- Collaborate with technical program managers and demand/supply planners to represent the team to other stakeholder groups.
- Own project status communication, consistently providing clear summaries for the team’s funding requests to leadership.
- Build and nurture working relationships with finance, build teams, sourcing partners, supply and demand teams, and others to resolve disagreements constructively.
- Proactively mitigate risks to capacity delivery by following through on funding request approvals throughout the process.
- 4+ years of program or project management experience.
- 4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of driving process improvements.
- 4+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
USA, WA, Seattle – Salary range: $82,700.00 - $ USD annually.
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k) matching plan, paid time off, and parental leave.
