IT Support Lead

Job Summary

Join our team located in Houston, TX! We are looking for an IT Support Lead to assist with device management and throughout the device life cycles.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT support team
• Be the point of contact for technical escalations
• Provide support where needed for both internal and external customers
• Onboard all new technical support team members
• Ensure all customer inquiries and issues are solved correctly and promptly
• Review all technical support related processes and documentation for continuous improvement

• College Degree preferred but not required;
  Business Administration or Technology Related fields preferred (completed college or technical trade courses beneficial)
• Interest and desire to learn audiovisual field and technology is highly encouraged
• Passionate about technology
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Energy, enthusiasm, tenacity and the ability to drive activity
• Goal oriented, competitive, ambitious, and persuasive
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills

Job Type: Full‑time

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour
