Technical Infrastructure Program Manager, Data Center Planning Delivery

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in Herndon, VA or Seattle, WA to oversee data center build projects. The manager will lead cross‑functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. The role requires judgment, negotiation skills, influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with stakeholders across time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non‑value‑add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and accelerate project delivery.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, thrive amid ambiguity and competing priorities, and comprehend mechanical/electrical engineering concepts. The position requires applying project‑management tools and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, with demonstrated experience in scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, risk, reporting, and metric development/tracking. Other requirements include experience with MS Office, MS Project, MS SharePoint; experience with Tableau, Kan Ban, Playbook, SQL, and systems integration is a plus.

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (e.g., network, data center, hardware, software)

• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds

The base salary range for this position is $ – $ USD annually. The Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
