Key Job Responsibilities- Work within the Pharmacy Finance team to develop AI-powered analytics solutions, replacing traditional reporting methods with AI-driven automation and insights.
- Build and launch AI-powered features in our financial reporting engine, develop GenAI products for automated insights, and create AI agents for stakeholder self-service.
- Interface with finance leaders, product managers, data engineers and software developers to gather requirements and deliver complete analytics/reporting solutions.
- Own the design, development, maintenance of metrics, reports, dashboards, etc., to drive key business decisions.
- Recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve profitability.
- Own analytics for one or more product areas, lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects and manage stakeholder requests.
- Interface with finance leaders, product managers, data engineers and software developers.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, dashboards, etc.
- Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques and strategies to improve profitability.
- Improve Amazon Pharmacy’s capabilities/products and help business owners uncover hidden opportunities using data, analytics and machine learning.
- Understand business and product strategies, set analytics roadmap, lead planning, execution and delivery.
- Own analytics for one or more product areas, manage stakeholders and internal customer/client needs/requests.
You will be joining a high-performing, fast-pased Finance team whose mission is to be the trusted strategic advisor to the business, driving profitable growth and scale through innovation. You will have a direct impact on our top and bottom line with the ability to deliver improvements for our teams and a fun environment where you have ownership and see direct business improvements.
BasicQualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience in Python to process data for modeling.
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Design and build AI-driven automation for data pipelines, reporting workflows, and operational processes.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks.
- Experience working with Git or an equivalent distributed version control system.
- Experience with AWS data services (Redshift, Glue, Athena, S3).
- Experience building GenAI/LLM-powered analytics solutions or AI-driven automation.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
