Amazon Corporate Network Engineering is seeking a Technical Program Manager in Seattle.

The role works closely with Network Design Engineers, Systems Design Engineers, and other cross‑functional teams to drive engineering projects that deliver next‑generation network solutions for Amazon Corporate Offices globally. The focus is exclusively on Corporate Office Network Engineering, not Data Center Network Engineering.

You will define business strategy, requirements, and timelines, develop and manage project schedules, identify and communicate risks, and facilitate conflict resolution through the full project cycle. A strong background in IT infrastructure, technology deployment or computer science is essential. You must have a proven track record of on‑time, within‑budget project completion and command the intellectual respect of engineers while tackling compressed timelines and ambiguity with grace and maturity.

• Manage multiple competing cross‑functional projects/programs simultaneously.
• Interact daily with engineers, technicians, project managers, and senior management.
• Run meetings, create and maintain timelines, and keep large, diverse groups informed of progress and obstacles.
• Work with engineers to develop detailed and creative solutions to complex problems while monitoring timelines and costs.
• Provide timely updates on project status to leadership and track progress of milestones.
• Maintain a networking background and have experience on network engineering projects.

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

• Experience working with Network Engineers.

The base salary range for this position is ‑ USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
