• Client is seeking a highly analytical Social-Media Listening & Sprinklr Dashboard Analyst with deep hands-on experience building dashboards reporting and delivering actionable social intelligence through the Sprinklr platform.

• This role will partner closely with Social, Brand, Marketing, and Communications teams to transform complex social media data into meaningful business insights that support strategic decision‑making.

• The ideal candidate combines strong social listening expertise with advanced dashboard development skills inside Sprinklr and has experience designing executive-level reporting, campaign measurement dashboards, social listening frameworks, and real‑time monitoring solutions.

• This role will focus on leveraging social media data to build, optimize, and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.

• Design, build, and maintain reporting dashboards within Sprinklr, including KPIs, widgets, filters, and stakeholder‑specific reporting views.

• Develop dashboards for executive reporting, campaign performance, social listening, audience engagement, sentiment analysis, and brand health monitoring.

• Create and optimize social listening frameworks using Boolean queries, topic clusters, keyword taxonomies, and themes to monitor trends, competitive activity, Share of Voice (SOV), and reputational risks.

• Analyze paid and organic social performance across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, You Tube, X, etc. delivering actionable insights and executive‑ready reports.

• Integrate Sprinklr data with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or other BI platforms using API/CSV exports when required.

• 5+ years of experience in Social Media Analytics, Digital Marketing Analytics, Paid Social Measurement, or a related reporting and insights role.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Sprinklr, including native dashboard development and reporting.
• Experience building executive, campaign, engagement, and social listening dashboards within Sprinklr.
• Strong expertise in social listening, Boolean query creation, sentiment analysis, Share of Voice (SOV), brand health, competitive intelligence, and campaign performance analytics.
• Experience developing stakeholder‑facing reports and translating complex social data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and data storytelling skills.
