- Translate large, complex, and sometimes messy datasets into clear narratives, recommendations, and tradeoffs that influence prioritization and investment decisions.
- Build scalable analytical assets, methodologies, or data science solutions that can be used repeatedly across the team or domain.
- Mentor other team members by raising the bar on analytical thinking, structured problem solving, and data‑informed decision making.
Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
- You have 8+ years of relevant professional experience.

- You are proficient in SQL and at least one analytical programming language such as Python or R, and you are comfortable working with large‑scale structured and semi‑structured data.
- You are effective at communicating insight, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- You have experience operating in a product, platform, marketplace, or customer‑focused technology environment.
- You have built or influenced KPI frameworks, decision models, or governance mechanisms that improved prioritization and execution.
- You have experience mentoring other analysts or data scientists and contributing to stronger analytical standards across a team or domain.
- You have worked with experimentation, causal inference, forecasting, segmentation, or other methods used to support strategic product and business decisions.
- You are comfortable working autonomously in fast‑moving environments and can move from open‑ended question to clear recommendation with limited direction.
