EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TAD) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Senior, you’ll help drive transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals – bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You will contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.

In Business, you will partner directly with clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions. Your work will center on directing strategic transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks, leveraging Agile methodologies like SAFe and Scrum to manage risk and resources across work streams. You'll also shape governance models and portfolio strategies that align with organizational objectives, while crafting compelling business cases and ideation frameworks to secure executive buy‑in.

Through performance management and storytelling techniques, you'll help clients achieve measurable value realization at every stage of their transformation journey.

In Technology Strategy, you will partner directly with clients to define and execute technology transformation agendas that align technology investments with business priorities. Your work will focus on designing technology operating models, optimizing costs and sourcing strategies, supporting M&A transaction and integration initiatives, and enabling enterprise‑wide technology transformation. You'll shape governance frameworks, develop transformation roadmaps, and help organizations modernize their technology capabilities to improve performance, agility, and business outcomes.

Through strategy, implementation, and value realization, you'll help clients build future‑ready technology organizations.

Our practice professionals serve clients across a variety of industries including, but not limited to:
Consumer, Retail, Health, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Mobility, Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, Private Equity, Media, Technology, and Telecommunications.

• Bachelor’s degree and approximately 2–4+ years of experience in technology or technology strategy consulting, business or digital transformation, or program and project management
• Consulting experience supporting client‑facing transformation programs, projects, or work streams across business and/or technology environments
• Experience leveraging AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development
