• Work with peers and other teams on high‑severity, active support issues, prioritizing mitigation while investigating root‑cause fixes.
• Provide on‑call support and act as point of escalation for high‑severity issues.
• Aid in the development and testing of operational tools and AI that improve efficiency through automation.
• Create and maintain team‑specific knowledge‑base articles and operational and training documentation.
• Conduct customer notification and workflow coordination with follow‑up to maintain service level agreements.
• Deliver live streaming content to a high standard globally.
• Deliver reports to senior leadership.
• Assist in the training of new support staff.

• Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept four years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree and two years of experience.
• Must have two years of experience in the following skills: (1) scripting in modern programming languages; (2) troubleshooting and debugging technical systems and documenting findings; (3) agile/scrum or a related collaborative workflow; and (4) supporting a live streaming environment, including knowledge of video encoding and delivery, acquisition, codecs, adaptive bit‑rate video playback, common streaming protocols, and software support.
