ADC Engineer , Dedicated Cloud Relational Engineering

Job Summary

AWS is seeking an ADC Engineer to own and advance mission critical services in our Amazon Dedicated Clouds (ADC).

• Investigate and resolve customer issues, performing root‑cause analysis and tracking relevant metrics.
• Provide troubleshooting and operations support for ADC services.
• Design and implement automation for operational processes.
• Define project milestones, monitor progress, and identify defects or availability gaps.
• Document and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requires current active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. After hiring, the selected candidate must maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph or commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

• High school or equivalent diploma, or A+, CND (Certified Network Defender) or Network+ or Security-1 with 1+ years of systems administration (Linux/Windows) experience.
• Experience working with scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or Shell.
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

• 1+ years of cloud computing technologies experience.
• 1+ years of networking and troubleshooting experience.
• 1+ years of support procedures and methodologies for production computing environment experience.
• Experience automating routine tasks.

Base salary range: 91,000.00 –  USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). The final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
