• Provide technical support for internal and external-facing catalog services as a Support Engineering Manager within Amazon's Catalog Support and Programs (CSP) team.
• Collaborate with a team of Support Engineers to drive operational excellence and enhance customer experiences by improving processes and optimizing team performance.
• Shape the team's strategic direction, establish performance metrics, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Guide, mentor, and perform performance management for Support Engineers.
• Optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure high‑quality solutions for both internal users and external customers.
• Define the team's goals, performance metrics, and long‑term vision while encouraging innovation and collaboration.
• Resolve complex technical issues and develop solutions, including tools and automation to reduce manual effort.

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Four years of relevant experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
• Three years of experience leading system development teams.
• Experience in software development or technical support.
• Proficiency in scripting with modern programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, or Go.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for technical systems.
