Senior Systems and Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering stakeholders to elicit, refine, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for SAP CAMS and the Teamcenter–CAMS interface
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Create conceptual designs and solution options that align with Boeing architectural standards and enterprise integration patterns
• Define, author, and maintain system-level documentation including:
  Requirements traceability matrices, Functional and interface specifications, Process maps and sequence diagrams, and Configuration guides and runbooks
• Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test data sets for functional, integration, regression, and user-acceptance testing of CAMS features and integrations with Teamcenter
• Coordinate and execute system and integration testing in collaboration with QA, Dev Ops, and domain SMEs; log and track defects and verify fixes
• Support deployment activities and post-go-live stabilization (hypercare), including troubleshooting issues, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• Act as an expert liaison between Manufacturing Engineering, SAP/Teamcenter developers, IT integration teams, business analysts, and third-party vendors
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process planning workflows leveraging CAMS and Teamcenter capabilities
• Facilitate training readiness: prepare user guides, quick-reference materials, and provide SME support for training sessions.

• 5+ years of experience with basic Windows operating system architecture and operation, including Windows server and SQL server
• 5+ years of experience working with C#.Net (ASP.NET Web Forms) and experience using .NET Framework
• 5+ years of experience with Web Service integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
