Front End Engineer II, Life Sciences Applied AI

AWS Life Sciences in Applied AI Solutions is developing a new AI agent(s) application in the clinical trials domain. Clinical trials are time-consuming and costly; we aim to automate and accelerate this process to improve health outcomes for patients. We are forming a new team to build an end-user enterprise application (outside of console) that orchestrates multiple AI agents to streamline the entire clinical trial process, from planning and monitoring to FDA submission.

The team operates like a startup, working with early beta customers to iterate quickly. We are seeking entrepreneurial Front End Engineers to contribute to humanAI Agent experiences alongside product, design, and science teams. As an enterprise user-facing AI application, customer experience and design are key to the product’s success.

• 2+ years of non-internship professional front-end, web, or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem solving, and complexity analysis)
• Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React

• 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience
• Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type Script, and Node.js

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package includes sign-on payments and RSUs. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
