We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Software Requirements Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams
, ensuring that project requirements are accurately gathered, analyzed, and documented to drive successful product and system development. As a Software Requirements Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the foundation of our projects and ensuring their alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and clients to elicit, analyze, and prioritize project requirements.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to fully understand business and technical needs.
- Translate complex needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Develop detailed requirements documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and use cases.
- Work closely with developers, designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure requirements are clearly understood and feasible.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track, manage, and document changes to requirements as the project evolves.
- Ensure alignment between project goals and requirements to avoid scope creep.
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and validate that the final product meets the agreed-upon requirements.
- Participate in testing activities to confirm that requirements are fulfilled.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Certification in business analysis or requirements engineering (e.g., CBAP, IREB).
- Knowledge of system modeling techniques, such as UML or BPMN.

- Understanding of both technical systems and business processes.
