Description
Amazon Web Services (AWS) enables customers of all sizes to run their applications on industry‑leading cloud computing infrastructure. AWS is growing rapidly, and this role seeks an experienced leader for the Public Sector Healthcare and Life Sciences Operations team.
Key Job Responsibilities- Partner with HCLS Sales to develop long‑term operational strategies that align with WWPS business objectives.
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership on organizational design, resource allocation, and capability development.
- Lead the annual goals, budgeting and forecasting processes with local sales teams.
- Design, develop, and maintain forecasting models, metrics, dashboards, and analytic reports to drive business decisions across the Public Sector Business.
- Lead modeling and development of recommendations for resource allocations.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of existing and emerging third‑party data sources as needed for analytics.
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Data/BI, Finance, HR, and other corporate teams to influence enterprise‑wide systems and processes.
- 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience developing and implementing systems or tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
- Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
- Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools.
- Experience presenting to senior leadership.
