We are seeking a Principal Program Manager with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and a strong foundation in QA Test Engineering to lead global, enterprise-scale programs supporting a subscription-based connectivity platform.
This role owns the end-to-end customer and revenue lifecycle, including service activation, billing, invoicing, payments, and subscription management, while ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous QA practices.
You will lead a portfolio of complex, multi-region programs, building capabilities from 0 - 1, and establishing scalable systems, processes, and quality engineering frameworks that ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Manage critical eCommerce programs with cross-functional visibility.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives, PI planning, and sprint reviews).
- Coordinate deliverables, dependencies, and milestones across teams.
- Report on progress, risks, and dependencies to executive leadership.
- Maintain program dashboards, roadmaps, and stakeholder communication plans.
- 10+ years of experience in program management or enterprise transformation.
- Deep understanding of Agile / SAFe frameworks and product lifecycle management.
- Proven success managing multiple technical work streams concurrently.
- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
