SCCM Engineer

Job Description

You’ll be focused on improving infrastructure applications structure, security, and processes for our brands. You’ll also responsible for managing the technical execution of application enhancements in support of Microsoft SCCM, Exchange, O365, Teams and other collaboration tools as a subject-matter-expert in this space. You’ll directly manage a team of engineers responsible for design, testing, and implementation in partnership with IT product and implementation teams.

This includes hiring, performance management, and training. A requirement of this role is continuous education to remain current on technologies and functionality, in addition to security and compliance control

• Develop the technical strategy for system management, email, and collaboration tools.
• Design and architect Office 365, Microsoft Exchange and Teams solutions that meet business needs and enhance collaboration.
• Deep understanding of messaging protocols, architecture patterns and integration methodologies.
• Design, implement and manage Microsoft System Center infrastructure in alignment with business needs.
• Consult and collaborate with application managers to provide technical requirements, coordinate, and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Effectively communicates and manages changes and expectations to project scope and schedule.
