Senior Technical Program Manager; TPM

Confiz is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) in Seattle, WA to lead complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives for enterprise customers. The role involves driving strategic programs from inception through execution, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes.

• Lead large‑scale, complex technology programs across multiple teams and work streams.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Drive execution while balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality to keep programs on track.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and executive stakeholders; build trusted relationships with Directors, VPs, and C‑level leaders.
• Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Communicate program status, risks, dependencies and decisions effectively.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Escalate issues appropriately while driving resolution ownership.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product, Security, and Operations teams to make technical trade‑off decisions.
• Lead large‑scale platform implementations, cloud initiatives, modernization efforts, migrations, integrations, or digital‑transformation programs.
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks and promote continuous improvement.
• Track KPIs, delivery health, financials, and resource utilization.
• Lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority; coach and mentor project managers and delivery leads.

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Delivery Leadership.
• Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale technology programs.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and modern delivery practices.
• Experience managing programs involving cloud technologies, distributed systems, integrations or platform modernization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
• Strong risk management and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and delivery governance.

• Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations.
• Background in consulting, professional services, or managed services environments.
• Experience leading cloud transformation initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and system design concepts.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams.
