Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on Azure Dev Ops, including structure, standards, and best practices
- Partner closely with the project lead to translate portfolio and reporting needs into ADO‑ready configurations
- Provide guidance on ADO work item hierarchy, fields, processes, queries, and dashboards
- Help set up and validate ADO dashboards and native reporting (no Power BI)
- Advise on Service Tree alignment and how ADO data should be structured to support it
- Support TPM onboarding to ADO, ensuring teams follow defined standards and conventions
- Answer frequent and sometimes basic ADO questions with patience and clarity
- Act as a bridge between portfolio requirements and what ADO can realistically support
- Ensure ADO is set up in a way that enables future portfolio management via a custom application
