• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in technical, UX, design, or related roles.
• Experience with web front-end frameworks and programming languages, such as Angular, ReactJS, NextJS, Python, or Type Script.
• Experience designing across multiple platforms and collaborating with technical/design teams to construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

• Experience working in user trust, areas with high sensitivity or regulation, or a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.
• Experience working within the Google3 infrastructure or leading cloud environments, alongside building large-scale design systems.
• Experience delivering iteratively from a scrappy Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to highly robust and scalable solutions.
• Ability and desire to work collaboratively and creatively to develop technical solutions for design system workflow gaps.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and respectfully challenge partners and stakeholders with new product design thinking.

In this role, you won't just be building UI—you will be architecting the frameworks that translate complex machine learning models into delightful, everyday tools, setting the technical standard for UX engineering across our organization.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
