IntroductionThe Associate Project Manager/Project Manager is responsible for executing customized market research projects for corporate clients, working with senior team members on key milestones.
Responsibilities- Manage full‑lifecycle project execution, including project kick‑off, setting functional timelines, and managing deliverables.
- Conduct project kick‑off meetings with internal teams and clients to understand deliverables and timelines.
- Set functional timelines to meet overall project schedule and manage deliverables accordingly.
- Review questionnaires and request clarification from clients to program the survey in Toluna Start.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Research, Sampling, Survey Programming, Data Processing, Support and Quality Assurance) for custom jobs.
- Provide recommendations to the client on survey flow/design.
- Ensure the survey is tested for flow, programming logic and quota capture.
- Review survey links for quality and accuracy to obtain client approval.
- Ensure quality checks are set up in the survey.
- Continually monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and identify and implement realistic, cost‑effective solutions.
- Maintain and upload project documentation files.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, colleagues and cross‑functional peers during the entire project process.
- Report regularly to the client on deliverables to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team player with ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive, multitasking, hands‑on approach with a 'can do' attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Open to working night shifts.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies is a plus.
- Superior analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Any graduate with 2+ years customer service experience.
