Job description

We’re seeking a Sr. SEO Specialist to strengthen organic visibility across search engines and emerging AI‑driven answer platforms. This role partners with eCommerce, merchandising, marketing, analytics, product, creative, and agency teams to improve discoverability, elevate content quality, and connect search demand to strong onsite experiences.

• Drive SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives across digital properties.
• Optimize content, metadata, and page structure for search and answer engine performance.
• Analyze visibility and traffic trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to content roadmaps through audits, search insights, and performance analysis.
• Support technical SEO efforts including redirects, QA, site health, and structured data validation.
• Manage recurring reporting on organic performance, trends, and optimization results.
• Stay current on SEO, AI search, and answer engine best practices.

• 3+ years of SEO experience.
• Strong foundation in keyword research, on‑page optimization, content strategy, technical SEO, and analytics.
• Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and AI‑powered search trends.
• Experience using Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with SFCC, Sitecore, or Bright Edge preferred.
• Understanding of structured data, schema, crawlability, and indexing preferred.
