Description
Want to help build financial systems that power one of the world's largest companies?
Our team, Worldwide Amazon Stores Finance Automation & Standardization, is looking for a Product Manager to help transform financial reporting across Amazon's largest business. You'll work with our engineering team to develop and enhance our financial products used by finance teams throughout the Worldwide Amazon Stores Finance organization.
In this role, you will:
Work with senior product managers to execute on product strategy and roadmap
Gather and analyze customer requirements from finance teams
Partner with engineers to deliver features that meet user needs
Create detailed product specifications and ensure quality delivery
Monitor product metrics and gather user feedback
Coordinate with cross-functional partners across finance, business, and tech teams
The ideal candidate has:
Experience in product management or financial systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Background in finance applications, EPM systems, or related technical domains
Ability to translate complex financial concepts into user-friendly solutions
- Work with senior PMs to execute product strategy aligned with our financial systems vision
- Gather and prioritize customer requirements from diverse finance teams to inform the product roadmap
- Support process improvement initiatives through product enhancements
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical requirements and design decisions to ensure alignment with customer needs
- Track and report on key product metrics to demonstrate customer impact and business value
Our team delivers product and technology solutions that support the finance organization for Amazon's largest business, WW Amazon Stores. We work to modernize and improve finance operations through innovative technology solutions and automation.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree
4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
Experience with feature priotization and product roadmap tradeoffs
Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for your team products
- Knowledge of data analytics with tools such as Tableau, SQL, Quick-sight

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
