Part of AWS Applied AI Solutions, we focus on building AI agents for enterprise customers, working backwards from critical problems to create global clinical‑trial solutions.

• Own and influence product, technical, and GTM strategy for AI‑driven clinical trial solutions.
• Build and ship production‑ready clinical data systems, not just prototypes, to close the gap between proof‑of‑concept and GxP‑validated deployment at scale.
• Interact with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, and biotech customers to understand operational problems, architect scalable AI solutions (often via POCs), and feed insights back to product teams.
• Work with account teams, applied scientists, and product teams to drive customer implementations, define solution patterns, and create reusable architectures for clinical trials.

• 8+ years of experience in technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, and data & analytics.
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.

• Experience building, deploying, or supporting production‑ready AI systems for clinical data transformation, medical coding automation, regulatory document generation, or operational monitoring at enterprise scale.
• Proficiency with clinical data standards (CDISC SDTM, ADaM, Define‑XML, ODM) and regulatory submission frameworks (eCTD, SENDIG) in GxP‑validated environments.
• Experience designing and operationalizing validation frameworks for AI systems in regulated industries, including IQ/OQ/PQ, computer‑system validation, and production monitoring for clinical AI.
• Experience deploying solutions into customer cloud environments, including data lake architectures, security/compliance controls, and infrastructure‑as‑code in AWS (Lake Formation, Step Functions, Bedrock, CDK).
• Hands‑on experience with foundation models, agentic AI frameworks, retrieval‑augmented generation, and evaluation methodologies applied to clinical trial data workflows.
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) platforms, CTMS, or clinical trial operational systems at pharma, biotech, or CRO organizations.
