You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center, and get the opportunity to deliver scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus.

Key job responsibilities as an engineer on this specific team include helping deliver AI-based solutions to enhance our Voice channel. You'll be leading end-to-end development, from requirements to implementation, and work closely with senior technical leaders and Applied Scientists across the organization. You'll have a sound understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience, working across the stack with technology involving modern web, SOA, databases, AI, ML, Big Data and more.
