Principal GTM Specialist - GenAI, Bedrock, Data & AI GTM; AWS

Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) for Amazon Bedrock? In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon Bedrock across industry verticals. You will engage with product managers to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing Amazon Bedrock along with other AWS Services.

Amazon Bedrock hosts a number of foundation models, and you will work directly with the model providers to develop joint‑GTM plans, joint‑customer engagements, external/internal evangelism, and develop demos and proof‑of‑concepts using Amazon Bedrock.

• Define GTM strategy for Amazon Bedrock and lead cross‑functional initiatives to expand existing markets, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.
• Conduct market sizing, build opportunity pipelines with global counterparts, and collaborate with product and solution teams to define new features.
• Work with customers to understand technical requirements and create content to train field teams.
• Drive industry thought‑leadership, identify partners, and support marketplace positioning.
• Partner with accounting and professional services teams to unblock and drive production implementations.

As the ideal candidate, you possess a business and technology background that enables you to lead and drive engagements with customers from various segments, from startups to multinational enterprises. You have domain expertise in Generative AI and key ML‑powered use cases, and the technical depth to articulate the benefits of Amazon Bedrock and other GenAI services to data scientists and C‑Level executives.

• 7+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• 5+ years working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage.
• 3+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, or cloud computing services.
• Experience conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience communicating across technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients.

• Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
• Experience building sales plays and playbooks, prospecting for, advancing, and closing sales pipeline to drive adoption of products/services/capabilities in ML, AI, or Analytics across a large customer base.
• Advocacy for customers by understanding pain points, helping navigate technology options, and conveying insights back to product teams.
• Managing multiple initiatives and campaigns simultaneously across functional teams (Product, Marketing, Solution Architects, Account teams).
• Teaching account teams how to sell technical products and services.
• Managing, tracking, and communicating customer and market insights and objective business metrics and risks.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
