Data Analyst – Programs & Impact
At YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish, data isn't collected simply for reporting. It helps us understand whether families are finding stable housing, individuals are securing employment, survivors are receiving critical services, and where inequities continue to exist in our community.
As our Data Analyst – Programs & Impact, you'll transform complex client and program data into meaningful insights that help shape decisions across the organization. You'll partner with program leaders, finance, and executive leadership to build dashboards, improve reporting, identify trends, and strengthen data quality across more than 70 programs serving thousands of community members each year.
If you enjoy solving problems, building reports that people actually use, and helping mission-driven organizations make smarter decisions, we'd love to meet you.
Work Location:
This is a largely hybrid position. Employees work primarily remotely, with periodic onsite work required for meetings, trainings, collaboration, and organizational needs. Candidates should be able to commute to our Seattle office when onsite attendance is required.
