Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Technical Program Product Manager with strong background in Product Management
, Salesforce platform development
, and business process transformation
, with experience driving enterprise initiatives from requirements gathering through delivery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience partnering with cross-functional teams, defining product roadmaps, optimizing business processes, and delivering scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Experience with
Agentic AI, Salesforce Agentforce, Generative AI, or AI-powered automation is a strong plus.

Job title: Technical Program Product Manager III

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months Contract (possible extension or conversion to full time)

This is a highly visible role focused on driving enterprise-scale product initiatives, leading business process transformation, and delivering innovative customer-facing solutions. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define product strategy, gather requirements, optimize business processes, and successfully deliver scalable solutions.

The hiring team is specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in:

• Product Management and roadmap execution
• Business Process Transformation and Process Optimization
• Requirements Gathering and Stakeholder Management
• Building and delivering solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Driving cross-functional technical programs using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Data-driven decision making and translating business needs into technical solutions

• Business Process Transformation & Process Design
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (building solutions on the platform)
• Experience with professional service and automation

• Salesforce Agentforce or Agentic AI experience
• Generative AI / AI-powered automation
• Certinia (Financial Force PSA) or Professional Services Automation experience
• Knowledge of enterprise applications and digital transformation initiatives

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

Master's degree is a plus.
