QA Engineer (Manual Testing – Dynamics 365)
Duration: 06+ months with possible extension
Location:
Seattle, WA (Work location is hybrid, with a requirement to be onsite Wednesday and Thursday every week, also onsite Friday the 2nd and 4th weeks of the month) Mode of Interview:

Work Contractor will be responsible for manual testing within the project.
- Creation of manual test cases based on project requirements and PBI’s.
- Execution of manual test cases based on project requirements and PBI’s
- Creation of bugs associated to development efforts
- Reporting of testing status to manager on a weekly basis
Contractor will deliver a weekly report containing the following:
- a. Test Cases created with associated PBI’s/Requirements
- b. Bugs created with associated PBI’s/Requirements
- c. Current project impediments
- d. Projected work for the upcoming week
Expectations Key
Skills:
- Ability to create, maintain, and execute test cases based on project requirements
- Deep understanding of both the SDLC and quality assurance life cycles.
- Deep understanding of defect management and test case management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with core disciplines of the project
- Business Analysts, Developers, Project Management
- Proficient at decomposing complex requirements and PBI’s into well-structured, reuseable test cases within Azure Dev Ops
- Experience in testing highly integrated applications built in Dynamics 365/Power Apps - Proficient in working within Azure Dev Ops
- Analytical problem solving
- able to perform root-cause analysis on complex functionality
Experience:
- Experience with Dynamics 365 platform (3+ years)
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum project with associated ceremonies (3+ years)
- Experience in test case creation, execution, and bug reporting in Azure Dev Ops (3+ years)
Resources will be expected to be able to ingest current project requirements, create applicable manual test cases, perform execution of test cases, and create bugs based on test outcomes. Test creation/execution will be performed manually on Dynamics applications with complex functionality involving both property assessments and collected revenues. At the end of each week, resources will create a report with key deliverables listed above.
