Position: Program Manager II, Amazon Worldwide Grocery, Operations Reporting - Ops Business Support
Description

The Program Manager will own critical dashboard visualizations and AI-enabled data pipelines for the Operations Business Support team at Amazon Worldwide Grocery. This role owns compensation-linked Scorecards, key production reports tied to Operations and 50+ data source integrations - while embedding AI efficiencies into both process and data architecture.

Key job responsibilities

- Scorecard & Dashboard Ownership

- Data Pipeline Engineering

- Production Governance & Quality

- AI Integration

A day in the life

Own end-to-end pipeline integrity for the compensation-linked scorecards; maintain zero-defect SLA on STI-impacting outputs

Lead monthly scorecard cycles from metric development through UAT, production publish, and post-launch stabilization

Manage key production reports tied to Operations

Leverage AI tools to accelerate SQL generation, ETL boilerplate, migration scripts, dashboard scaffolding, schema documentation, and natural-language Q&A for business stakeholders

Apply human judgment where AI cannot operate autonomously: stakeholder trust, upstream troubleshooting across undocumented dependencies, UAT accountability, production sign-off, governance, and program-level delivery

Actively use Amazon Q, KIRO, and Git Hub Copilot as core workflow tools
