Pact Fi is seeking a Client Support Engineer to drive technical execution across the end-to-end client lifecycle. This hands-on role reports to the Client Enablement Lead and is based in our New York office.
Travel is not required, though occasional in-person client engagement may be beneficial. From day one you will manage Tier 1 accounts, collaborate with Product and Engineering to build internal tooling, and own troubleshooting for supported accounts.
