SEO ​/ SEM Specialist

About The Role

The role owns organic and paid search performance end-to-end, scaling technical SEO, keyword strategy, and SEM campaigns to drive high-intent pipeline.

The specialist will partner with content, product, and growth teams to optimize site architecture, run paid acquisition experiments, and maximize return on ad spend.

• Execute technical SEO audits, resolve crawling and indexing issues, and optimize site performance and Core Web Vitals
• Manage and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing, optimizing bids, keywords, and ad copy to drive down CAC
• Partner with the content team to develop SEO-driven content briefs and execute backlink acquisition strategies
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests on landing pages and search ad creative to maximize conversion rates
• Track and report organic and paid search metrics, defining clear KPIs for traffic, rankings, and pipeline attribution
• Manage the SEM budget and allocate spend dynamically based on channel efficiency and ROI

• 3-6 years of hands‑on experience managing SEO and SEM programs for B2B or B2C technology companies
• Advanced proficiency with industry tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, and Ahrefs
• Strong technical foundation in site architecture, schema markup, and technical SEO best practices
• Proven track record of scaling paid search campaigns while maintaining strict efficiency and ROAS targets
• Bonus:
